a question: if I capture a victory city now, and you capture it back during turn 10, is the timer for holding 8 VC’s during 1 turn reset that way? In other words: do you need to hold them untill the end of turn 11 that way?
Same question: I capture VC now, but Germany (this is important), takes it back during turn 11: does the game end immediately or do you need to hold the VC’s untill the beginning of turn 12?
Yes the clock resets. If you take a VC and I take it back with Italy for example, then you would have until Italy’s next turn to either retake it or take another VC.
