@crockett36 I know that complicates the software. It will only be an issue if the sub gets a hit the second round. My advice is to play it out. If the sub gets a hit, I still get a return fire at a 2 under Game: roll dice.

You can use it, you just cannot repair it (unless you liberate Gibraltar while the British capitol is controlled by the Axis).
You cannot use an ally’s facilities if you are not yet at war.
