Feel free to ask Krieghund if you want, but I can ensure you that this is a bug and not the rule.

It depends on what you do from your units. I propose the following : you tell me how you’d like to change your ncm to solve the problem, then I llook if this changes something for germany combat moves ; if so, I redo the german turn, otherwise we keep the dices.

ok, I cannot open your map, but if the change are according to the joined map, then to keep things as simple as possible, I’d say not to change anything to the german turn (since the change do not have a major impact)
