As for how I typed out the attack round, thanks. I generally only do that for Germany 1, but I’ll try to keep the format alive. It is easier to follow and I find England has a hard time picturing what is attacking what on the first round.

In looking at the map, in NCM I put a sub in SZ125, making a convoy disruption. The deduction comes on Germany’s next collect income phase for a total potential loss of 3 IPCs. With the change in convoy rules, do you roll at the end to determine how many IPC to deduct at that time then? Would make the most sense I guess.

Well, Russia and Germany are not at war yet, so no convoy raid damage for either side, that said:
Just before collect income, you roll for the damage to your economy. You can take up to 3 damage per die and any roll over that is a “miss”. Collect your income, minus the damage you sustained and that’s how much money you have to spend next round.
For instance:
England will have to roll 4 dice for SZ 106 (max 3 damage) and 4 dice for SZ 109 (max 8 damage) just before their collect income phase next round.
