9/10 defending hits in SZ110 and 5/5 defending hits in YUGO are really hard to stomach.
I don’t want to concede another game on round 1, but I am having trouble seeing how Germany will accomplish anything with such heavy losses.

sz 111 has been very good for Germany, while sz110 has been a total nightmare…7 planes lost for Germany, that is going to be VERY hard to get back from that, and since i had a sub added to sz98, i’m still going to do Taranto and sz96…The Yugo thing is nothing to be shocked about…getting 2-3 hits there is common, so getting 5 hits is really not the end of the world.
I got no problem with you resigning this game if you wish so.
I’ll take Axis in the next one though.

I don’t think London, Moscow, or Cairo would ever be threatened as the board sits, so I will resign.
I need to think if there’s anything I can buy that will help more than 1 sub and change.

what do you mean with “upgrades to units” ?

if you mean for example changing some ss into dd (for 2 PC each), the answer is clearly no because you could find yourself with a lot of tac or fgts changed into bombers…

I was thinking more along the lines of infantry to artillery, but I see what you mean.

I will place 2 artillery in ALX and save 1 IPC for UK Europe.
