I’m just going to conceed it.  I can almost certianly stop you from winning for the next 10 or so rounds, but that’s not going to make it easier for the Allies to win, it’ll just get progressively harder.

If you want to try it again, let me know.  I think you wanted more than one game to see if you could get London.  If not, I’d like to turn the tables on you.

I guess one way to make Alpha 3 (aka “The Axis Always Wins”) a competitive game would be to see how many rounds it takes each of us to get the VC win.  So that could be your motivation to continue playing.  I think I’m a lot closer to the VC win then you realize.  However, I realize that it would be very painful for you to witness the fall (or liberation) of Ukraine.

I am willing to play another game.  I will even take the Allies (yikes) without a bid if that’s what you would like.

I certainly won’t be shocked if I lose with the Allies, after all this is TAAW (the axis always wins) not the A&A that I used to play that at least had something like the illusion of balance.

And frankly if the Allies won 60% of the time, that never really upset me.

If you want to see if you can repeat your performance to see if it will work twice, we can do that.

Otherwise, yes, I’d like a chance to show you how India falls. WEG  I think with that ammunition under your belt, coupled with your KUKF (Kill England First) you could pretty much demonstrate to everyone why Alpha 3 should be scrapped.  If you had crushed India as well, you probably would have ended this game 10 rounds ago.

And no, no real reason to continue this.  The only chance left on the board was to push Russia into Europe and get into the 50s or 60s income wise.  America was already reduced in cash, there’s not much left…even though you never did get Africa.

I like taking out Australia rather than India, it’s more fun and doesn’t result in losing a chunk of your airforce.  Plus you stay on the side of the map where you can pester the Americans.

This one was fun, I mean, sinking all those priceless carriers, as futile as it was, was fun!  Even more so when all those Kami’s fell into the water like chaff on the wind!

India was going to take borneo back next round, to get the NO.  But honestly, there was little that was going to happen, outside of stopping Japan from getting the 3 VCs on the mainland and thus, end their hopes of world domination.  Eh…okay, I’ll rack and stack the units using the new map.  Combat moves and purchases for Germany 1 are identical to yours.

I’m not sure if you realize just how lucky you got in that counter strike at Iwo Jima; however the loss of my carriers was comp’d by the fact that I had sunk the American fleet the turn before, stranding those marines on Iwo Jima for the rest of the war.

No, I didn’t say I would stop the Axis, I said I could keep them from winning for a number of rounds still…mainly because you wouldnt get Moscow/Volgograd for a few turns still, and Japan lost their footing on the mainland for a while.
