Pretty sure, there is zero chance for the allies. India will fall in 2 turns and that is game. but we can keep at it.

I think you are right. I ran the simulator and if you do a full Japanese press with available units the odds were a little in their favor but not overwhelming. But, with the Italians as backup, it looks pretty certain, not to mention India would never recover.
Think this one was in the Axis favor from the start. Good luck in turns one/two had them up but then I made I think the (2) critical errors of not following through with building a us fleet in the Atlantic that could force the German’s back immediately on turn 4 and then (really bad idea) of engaging the Japanese fleet in the pacific when all they had to do was harass and guard Hawaii which sealed it (not to mention your adroit handling of the axis!).

Yeah, the attack in the pacific sealed it. Even if you had stayed and finished the fight and gotten decent odds it wouldnt have mattered. I would have countered and destroyed whatever was left. The problem with that turn was giving me Hawaii with no way of taking it back. With no fleet in the pacific and with Japan in great shape it was only a matter of time. Didnt really matter what happened in europe as they are too far away to do much.
I think the sealion strat helps the axis enough to even things up. If you don’t respond correctly on UK1 then it is pretty much game over. If you do then you basically have to give up the med to Italy which helps out the axis a bunch.
And to top all of that off the dice werent very friendly. Occasionally you had some luck but it was never where you needed it. And especially in the pacific taking out a few planes when you should have would really add up.
Thanks for the game. Will definitely have to wait to play again. I spend too much time with this game and have a hard time focusing on anything else when I am playing.

I agree with everything you said. I really fumbled on the middle east. The push pull between sealion and the middle east is a conundrum for the allies.
