Also, I just noticed, You placed 4 units out of a factory that is limited to 3 units until the USA is at war. I am ok with saving the money or piece until next turn, or even redoing your build on the West coast since the USA is not at war. Japan has not gone yet. I would ask that you keep the East coast as is since I have done both Italy and Germany. If you want to redo the West coast, you have 36 IPCs to play with.

I’ll hold off on Japan until you post the new USA.
