Still thinking this over.  As you know it’s alot harder to formulate viable strategies when behind.  And your jap strategy requires that I re-evaluate the total position after each J turn (or risk losing my fleet).  KGF battles of this type seems to be about as complex as this game gets.

It looks like I make the play-offs if i win or lose, so no need to rush to finish the game by nov 1, though I have no problem making a provisional judgment at that point.

since you are going to make the playoffs even if you took a loss here, i agree, i’m fine with letting this one move into next year.  no need to rush it, take your time.
