I posted the French moves, so you can already start with Germany.
Convoy raiding is always calculated at the collect incom phase of the raided player. So, now the French fleet left Sz93 on the French turn, so it won’t convoy raid italy on its next turn

i started with 30 IPC, took 19 IPC from paris (capital!) , making 49 IPC. take 3 from bulgaria and finland,makes 52 IPC plus 2 is 54 IPC, plus 4 from normandy makes 58, plus 10 bonus makes 68, minus 3 makes 65, plus 3 is 68 IPC.

BTW, when somebody liberates a territory, the original owner gets the IPC directly right?, or, at the collect income phase??
