I think i might be losing some German territories very soon. Just to confuse you even more the rules for SBR have changed back to Alpha 2 where you can just pay off your damage and build whatever amount. If you go to the Global thread on this site Cmdr Jen has put all the up to date rules there for Alpha 3. Also in the Alpha 3 rules double check the US NOs because I dont think you get the full 30 in NOs any more. I think the multiple islands one was canned for a NO in France so that may mean 5 IPCs off the US.

Checked the American NO, yes one has been removed.  So where does that leave us?  What were the rules when we started anyway?

Just drop 5 IPCs off of US income. The ALpha 3 rules always had one NO in France. As its being revised the NO is still in France just not the same objective in France. The original you had to have at least 1 US and 1 UK unit in France to achieve the NO. Now its at least 3 US units in Normandy and/or Holland….from memory.
