Yep, i thought that you make an provoked DOW when you first DOW that power and then attack it. I have played with the alpha 2 and 3 setup, but did not read the new rules that good. Ok, i will do it again

Fleet at Sz 20?
Fighter Korea?
Anti aircraft gun Manchuria?
Ground forces froh ShanState?
Just tell me if you move them.
Collect income and tell me I can start the allied turn.
