Germany has a virtual 100% chance of winning in Moscow not even counting the 2 infantry in Vologda (which I would assume 1 would go to Urals and the other to Samara.)
Russia is able to take Poland, Belarus and Novgorod and thus stop a VC win, but I don’t see this as sustainable without Moscow to resupply and reinforce the armies. Nice move, but in the long run, I don’t think it will help save the Allies from losing due to Victory Cities.
England is in German hands. Russia will soon be in German hands and America is mostly ineffectual on that side of the board. Even if they could pull off a miracle and take out Japan and thus be allowed to gobble up the rest of the Pacific, at this point in time, I don’t think that will be enough to allow them to win.
Therefore, I am ruling this game a victory for the axis powers.
