To help testing please:
1. Download and install at least TripleA pre-release 1.9.0.0.7798 (or later) from https://github.com/triplea-game/triplea/releases
2. Register your mail-address at http://dice-staging.tripleawarclub.org/ - this new server is different so you need to register anew.
3. When setting up the game in TripleA choose the new dice server:
