OK it’s getting late here so I am calling it quits for today. When you have decided how to distribute your 4 hits, you can continue rolling this battle until all of my navy and bomber command have committed suicide. Then France can sink my transports I guess. :-)

I chose ulimately to lose the carrier and land the fighter/tac on Gibraltar. They can still scramble, but the two fighters already there can not.

OK cool. I am a little confused by the rolling 6 dice for the cruiser & sub, but I guess its meant to reduce the quirkiness a bit and get the odds closer to 1/6 for the sub and 3/6 for the cruiser?
By the way, as a back up I was planning to go all out and hit sz92 this turn with planes from W Germany and land them in Algeria but the Italy suicide run worked out OK and I don’t want to trade expensive planes at this stage so now I’m not doing it. A destroyer left in sz94 would have prevented the Italy suicide attack. I’ll remember that one.
Anyway, Italy collects 14 IPCs (should have been 15 but I forgot Kenya). By the way, there seems to be a glitch with my battlemap because I can’t seem to change the IPCs on the chart in the upper left corner.
