I got Italy’s income at 27 because the French destroyer in sz72 causes a convoy disruption for Italy off the coast of Kenya…please verify this is correct.
The French have no combat moves, but they will noncom 1 infantry and 1 fighter from UK to Scotland.

Sorry for my mistakes-you’re right on Ger income I forgot Fin and 1 extra from Rus.
As for the ncm I wanted the inf in Bess to come from E.Pol and 7inf,2art from Slo-Hun to E.Pol (if you don’t think this to be legit-I’ll leave Bess mt and move the inf from Bess to E.Pol)
