Ok, I went thru the all the moves and put them on a map, which is posted below. I did find one mistake in it all. In your 2nd wave attack on France, you hit 4 times, thus killing the artillery and tanks and leaving only the fighter to defend. Therefore, there is only one hit from the fighter in round 3. You captured france with 1 inf, 3 art, 4 mech and 5 tanks left. The map reflects this and I hope you are able to open it soon.

Ok, in hindsight, and from looking at a few other games, I guess I should have scrambled from the UK to sz110. I had a brainfart about the subs taking hits from the planes when they would not have without a destroyer present…oh well. :|
