can a plane max its movements to strike then go land or is hitting the target and landing count as max moves…ex a plane has 5 moves, can it move 5 strike, and move another 5 to land

no that is its full move i.e. If you Strategy Bomb in Germany from Britain your Bomber Flies 3 Moves. If it Survives combat it now has 3 Remaining Moves to Return (or it could land in Algeria, Norway, Lybia, Keraila, etc.)
