Was just perusing your game a little here guys, I have a question. How were you able to buy 2 fighters and 2 ac in round 1 with the USA - doesn’t the USA start with 40 IPC in the bank? Your bid went to Russia right? Poor EB is being pounded by the dice hard enough, he can’t afford to spot extra units!!
