Very cool. Bet that was beautiful. Miss the west coast a bit. Grew up in OC and now in Austin.

UK did not have the 3 convoy damage by Italy at the time of collection. So, collected 30 from territories + 5 for NO, plus the one that was saved = 36 on hand.

and yes it was fantastic we had perfect weather and the sunrise over the mountain was fantastic.  Heard anything about the f1 race in austin next year?

weather… its going to be 110 over the weekend. Worst summer in Austin history. It’s awful here right now.

F1 -  they are building the track and the infrastructure now. I’m looking forward to it. Believe it or not, it has been a battle at the city council level to make it happen. Any subsidies to anything is frowned upon here. Of course F1 wasn’t getting anything from the city, but the propaganda against was still saying so…  We’ve lost pro soccer, baseball, hockey… all because this type of thinking. At least we still have UT!

I hope so too… so far so good. F1 won an important vote a few weeks back that pushed things forward. Should be in the clear, but around here, you never know…
