No infantry in Phi - from your map, you dropped all infantry in Car, including the one that was on the transport.  So there are 17 infantry and 5 armor on the Carolines.  (Other than Sumatra, I don’t think I’ve ever seen so much on a Pacific Island  :|)
OK, other than those 2 things I follow your move perfectly, so let me know if the 57 IPC’s was a mistake or not.  Maybe you were planning to take something and changed your mind.
