You missed convoy damage SZ20 for the UKP, which collects only 12 IPC.
UKE Collect was also off. They no longer have the original territory NO due to Germany’s invasion of Iceland. So 33 IPC Collect (36 IPC total). At least, I assume that is why your figure was off.

Btw, while Japan is a monster now, so is China.
On the other side of the world, should I manage to sack Moscow, Britain could end up Collecting IPC off Russia’s corpse. I think the UK is more than a nuisance here :-P

I just go by the Abattlemap’s sums … I believe the extra 1 IPC difference comes from BCO SZ1 convoy damage.
