  • I put the French Infantry in Burma because it made sense. I didn’t move the French Fighter - so please do it on Russia’s turn… I don’t think you’ll want it on NW Persia, or Syria.

Germany, Turn 19 purchases 6 damage removed Stalingrad, Fighter, Sub, 2 Armor, Mech Infantry, 3 Artillery, 7 Infantry = 71 IPCs.

  • Germany collects 61 + 20 NO = 81 IPCs.

I should have lost two more Mech taking Syria, and one more Infantry taking Norway, and one less Destroyer in the Atlantic. A pretty even round piece-wise, but the good luck came where I needed it most.

  • its not  a biggy, but with a major move with italy, you might want to wait for france in the future.  I might have put the french ftr in syria in hopes of a couple more hits…

  • Go ahead and roll a 4 against one of my Mech infantry and remove your French Fighter. I was going anyways, because my average was 12 hits.

  • Japan purchases 2 Fighters, Destroyer, 2 Subs, 3 Infantry, 3 Mech Infantry, 2 Armor, Artillery = 77 IPCs.

  • I lose the Japanese bombers first in Syria, if you bring everything with the US.

  • Brilliant move with the neutrals, by the way.  This game has been very good.  You have outplayed me in strategy and seeing the board and its exploits better.  It makes me scared going forward.  Your better at the bigger vision.  I’m not quitting yet, I will attack with america and see how it unfolds.

  • Thank you Steve.

I don’t think I’m better at this version. I’d say I’ve been better with the Germany/Italy combo, and I’m not as good as you with the Allies. I’d say you’re better with Japan, but I’m improving. Considering thet if I win this we’re even in wins and losses… I’d say we’re pretty even!  :)

The neutral attack was a preemptive strike. I set myself up for it the round before, just in case you went for them first. Then, I had an opportunity for aircraft I couldn’t pass up. However, my no-dachi combo of armor and mech is getting chewed away, leaving my main German force as more of a defensive one. In the Middle East, we’re now looking at a game of chess between two gargantuan armies.
