Sorry about that….in my blind Stalinistic rage I did a piss poor job typing it up.  The map is correct as to what I meant to do…I wanted an armor and inf in Ukraine and the two inf from Moscow in belo…as far as the bat tank it can retreat there because it came through there on the way from Karelia and blitzed territories immediately become friendly for retreating purposes.  (here is a link where Krieghund discusses that topic  http://www.axisandallies.org/forums/index.php?topic=14828.0;wap2 )  I shudder to think of what mother Russia is going to look like next turn after that debacle…those limeys better make good on their Vichy raid :) .

Cool! I read through the rule book and could not find it address…and there are far to many post to read throguh on the rules thread. That is good information to have!
