I would have some ideas if you wanted to use them to increase interest or activity at aa.org, but if the plan is to help other communites, I’m not certain how best to achieve that, though I love the suggestion from SV.
The closest you will find is Iron Blitz. The newest version is combines the original with RTS battles. Iron Blitz adds some new units and some new rules. There is no version that plays like the newest board version Axis and Alllies Revised. I hope that answers your question.
What ever happened to the idea of setting up game playing utillity on this site?
It sure would be nice to have a map utility built in to the server along with a dice roller. I don’t know much (anything) about programing so maybe this is impossible but I think it would be pretty cool.
