2 things are making me respond to in game situations. Therefor, I will adjust and deviate slightly from my game plan:
London is still in the game, and Japan’s 2 extra carriers.I believe I still want India to DOW in order to secure 3 NO’s between the two I will not likely recieve. I’ll use my time at work to run through the other options in Asia in my head.
I’ll probably use London production and an additional US carrier in the Pacific to address the 2 Jap carriers, this will permit India to capitalize in Asia by building land. Japan’s turn 4 potential is great enough to force this adjustment in the Pacific. At question is the Spain strategy, which is still in tact, I am not married to the Pacific approach I outlinedMoves to follow, this evening.

Notes: Block 2 sz’s moved into Yunnan and pulled infantry off island to mainland Australia.
France will move DD to India sz, inf to French east Africa if able or Nigeria if not, Syria if alive moves to Trans Jordan if able. Algeria will be done after Italy if they give me a combat option, else they stay there. London forces stay put.
You can post Germany as France is not likely to affect them. Or you can wait, your choice. I spelled out my France turn above.
I will be gone for the evening, and work in the Morning, I’ll post USSR and France in the morning if I have time, after tomorrow I am on vacation for the week.

After action report:
Based on in game experiences: The decision to declare war was made! This gives me time (I hope) to reinforce before Japan can deliver a killing blow.
By blocking (with expensive ships) I hope to maintain 14 IPCs with Anzac and 13 with India.
UK as you can see, is trying to buy time in the Middle East they will also reinforce the Pacific fleet with an additional carrier giving Japan two fleets to respond to if they choose.I may lose a capital in the Pacific, but it remains to be seen if I can recover a VC in mainland Asia.
Japan has lots of options.
Germany will be fun to see. -
The odds in Yunnan if only China and Russia held it I think were very much in my favor. I only expected to lose a few planes to wipe out most of the opposition in China. A couple factories built and I’d have a fairly clear march to Moscow. Can’t go up against that mess though. We’ll see what is to be done there. DOW was the right choice I think.
