Sorry about the mix up on the Italian NO…brainfart…the troops you bought with the US add up to 41 and you only have 40. You could change the armor to an artillery and it would be 40…also, you forgot to do China. She gets 2 inf because of having 4 territories. So, if you want, you can do the noncoms and placement before Russia. I will go ahead with Germany since that will not effect my moves with them.
