Yeah, don’t know if this one will get done. Lol! Waaaaaay too many units on the board now.
Russia is in France because I had to chase them down after LL abandoned Moscow. He used a very clever move and loaded them on US trans to get them out of Asia. But As I recall he had to take Fra with Russia to land UK ftrs for defense. At the time I couldn’t prevent a 1-2-3 on France and hold (Japan was extremely weak and had no Eu presence) so I had to pull back to Berlin and Rome. I think the only way he could hold was to actually take with Russia. I was hoping he’d wait for UK where I think I could have been able to counter with a Ger-Ita 1-2, but can’t really remember now. lol!

Definitely an unusual game. I think I have (or had) the advantage, but at this point a “certain win” is too much to say. There are just too many units on the board. I don’t think I can lose, but I’m not sure I can win either. My stance has been based on maintaining my ~500 unit lead in land/air ipc, we’ve been pretty much even on per turn ipcs for who knows how long. So I haven’t lost ground, but I don’t think I can ever push the Allies out of Fra and I don’t think the Allies will ever get Ita or Ger. The risk is just too big to make any attacks (for either side) IMO, especially since we need to rely on 1-2 type attacks. If you get even odds okay, but if your first attack skews down it could really cripple either one of us.
I’ve tried to slow play a couple of ideas, I was really hoping the Indian IC would have allowed a J Navy, but you nipped that in the bud right away and now its just a inf/arm pump. I was also slow playing a plan in Europe, and I did take Nor, but I’m not sure it makes all that much difference. Not sure if I can do what I wanted to.
