British IC in West India?

Has anybody that has played Britain ever put and IC in West India? Thinking about trying it and my reasoning is to help secure the Mid East for the Allies and to help get some units to South Russia to help with the Russian defense. Any thoughts appreciated!

An IC in Persia or Iraq is better because it is much closer to the action and therefore makes West India a poor choice. If you are playing Global, keep in mind that West India belongs to UK Pacific.
