Rounds 2 and 5 were Doosies, but the Soviets just kept chipping away. And of course it was for the British NO, so pretty high stakes.

I know, and the amazing thing is the Soviets were even worse! I think the odds were they should have wiped out EGY with several more units to spare. High drama in the sands of Egypt!
-
If you want to see some really CRAZY roll, look what happened today in my game with Ol’ Blood&Guts. The Soviets attacked BST (infantry, 6 tanks there for Germany) with 7 tanks and wiped it out with ZERO losses. Now THAT’s insane.

yeah stupid dice happen, it’s part of the game, hopefully they even out throughout all games but that is not always the case. Bad dice sometimes happen to good people. :-D

NO! they had equal “punches” going in w/perhaps +1 unit? They had a very slight advantage. it’s the arm that kept missing that killed me and then you succeeded at one arm vs my inf and arm that made me sick.

Was plus three units actually. But you are right I had no business winning when it was down to tank v infantry and tank.
