Optional rule in the manual that came with the box:  German submarines do 3 IPC Damage when Raiding Convoys instead of 2 IPC Damage.  AKA:  Instead of needing 4 submarines to raid 8 IPC from England/Scotland you would only need 3 Submarines.

Look in the Play by Forum > Play Boardgames > Global 1940 and read through some of the rounds.

The dice rolling command should be stickied in there, if not:
;aaa 5@2 6@3 2@4;
Replace the ; with :
The first number is how many dice, then the AT sign, then the target number (defending infantry would be @2, etc)
