  • For the sz 110 battle, we each have 4 hits to choose.  What is your loss?  For myself, I did not break out the BB and fighters as distinct rolls as I should have (sorry about that).  I needed to do that since any hits your planes score must be chosen as hits against my planes and not my subs.  How would you like me to handle that aspect?

    Also, what is your order of loss for the Wfr battle as long as I am posting now?

    1-Ok, in sz110, I will lose the boats and the french plane.

    2-For hits in sz110, you can take the loss you want. This is a friendly game. Besides, logic says you would have roll the boats before the planes, so we could consider my boats got 2 hits and my planes 2.

    3-For Wfr : lose Ukinf, FrInf, tnk, fgt in that order.

  • Ok, Axisplaya, I’m back.

    Since this is my first game, please check the map over. I think I have everything correct.

    Since I bought a CV, one fighter and one tactical stayed in sz 112.  The rest landed in Wgr.  From what I have seen in other games non-combat moves are often denoted as such:

    If you ever have an issue with something I’ve done, please feel free to bring it up.  Most likely it will be my fault as I am learning to use battlemap.  I don’t know if a seasoned pro such as yourself remembers, but first learning to use this program and having to type everything out can be time consuming and exasperating also!

    If you ever have an issue with something I’ve done, please feel free to bring it up.  Most likely it will be my fault as I am learning to use battlemap.  I don’t know if a seasoned pro such as yourself remembers, but first learning to use this program and having to type everything out can be time consuming and exasperating also!

    Don’t worry man, everyone makes mistakes. I can’t remember a game that i completed without doing any mistake (moves, rules, typing…).

    NCM per map are fine, excepted in the pacific theater : when there will be multiple zone combats involving planes swapping, airbases, Carrier movements etc…i will ask for all planes NCM typed because it is VERY easy to make a mistake in those situations.

    Also, i would suggest that you declare your loss at the end of each battle BEFORE rolling the next one if possible.

    You can use this : twlo…, cwlo…, cwol and twol.

    Taken with loss of …(twlo)
    Cleared with loss of …(cwlo)
    Taken without loss (twol)
    Cleared without loss (cwol)

    So at the end of each battle, you can write the conclusion BEFORE you get to roll the next one. Exemple : Nov twlo 4inf, 1art.
