London only collects 23 IPC (convoy damage in SZ98 and SZ80) … plus I am guessing you missed that Japan and Italy stole syria, transjordan, eth, ken, tang, and british colombia (I think this money would have gone to london? not sure about this territory in alpha 2, but that’s what abattlemap seems to be doing in it’s calculations).
Calcutta collects 22 IPC for 41 total next round.
I highly recommend you use the InfoView window to keep track of IPC and the NO boxes along the very bottom.
