Battle Calculators for Global 1940

Has anyone else found any good battle calculators using the Alpha 2 Global rules for 1940?  I have found one myself but it does not seem to allow for manipulation of OOL and in fact I am uncertain what its programmed OOL is.  :|

I made an axis and allies utility app that includes a battle calculator, and supports Global 1940 rules. On iOS it’s called “Axis & Allies Utility”, on android its called “Utility for Axis & Allies Game”
