Ok, so the Germans produced only about 20 tanks during WW1,
absolutely no effect upon the War, so why will the Germans have tank units in this game?
The Zepplins were an important part of the War effort for the Germans,
not decisive in any manner, but still important to their war effort
and they are not represented at all???!!
Big mistake.
And the United States’ entry was decisive in the War,
w/o fresh American troops the War would have continued for many more years.
The Germans realized this and went for broke and failed.

Zeppelins would be overpriced worthless units if they would were to be represented in this game, tanks were the new thing in WWI and would soon change the scope of warfare like few other technological advances ever have, not including tanks would be a travesty.

The game has US represented. They are just using blue pieces since USA comes at the end.

I like it, will probably buy it.
However,they should have the Russian with white units (Red, in the Tsar’s army?) and the Ottomans should have the red units, it would represent the flag of the dying empire.

They went offline before. Perhaps they are dealing with that forum spam issue…That would result in it being down.

HBG isn’t working with Legion, but I believe FMG is. IL is probably right, the spam situation probably overloaded the site. Hope they get someone in there that can kick those jerk spammers out.

It means exactly what it says underneath that … “The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to the site owner reaching his/her bandwidth limit”.
On a brighter note, THE CONFLICT - The Great War 1914 has not died. FMG took over development of the rules and board for Legion games and is (as far as I understand it) nearing completion on the project.

It is going through. They have the funds to complete the game.
Last round of playtesting in the works… and units being produced very soon.
