By the way, you cannot do this because you can build only up to 10 units at big ICs. Fix this (deploying at SAF or Quebec those 2 additional units). I’ll not change my move with Italy anyway, so you can continue and do USA’s and France’s turns

Sorry about that I’ll fix it.

But before I do my turn I need some rule clarification as those kamikaze strikes have always remained unclear to me. Can those strikes occur in my NCMs phase or on the same turn I take one of the kamikaze islands? For exemple, can they occur if I take Iwo Jima this turn and move my all my fleet in sz 17 during the NCMs phase? Thanks!

No, they are a defensive option. Think them as a short of scramble. Kamikazes can be activated only by the defender as response to a naval combat or amphibious assault on a sea zone with the kamikaze symbol, and only if kamikazes were unlocked in a previous round (you know how unlock them); the kamikazes strike first, against any ship chosen by Japan, and to a max of 6 for the whole game. And never, never can be used in NCMs phase, against subs or against (if I’m right) against transports.

So, there is no way you can suffer kamikaze attacks this round. I’m not sure if I commented this in the readme of aabattlemap module, but I usually leave the kamikaze symbols on Japan when not active, and then move them to z6 if unlocked. It aids to remember when they are activated.
