i am assuming, because i’ve not seen it otherwise stated, that the quebec territory with the minor ic is accessible from sz106, i.e., that troops deployed in quebec or nova scotia can board transports in sz106. is this stated in errata or faqs anywhere?
And yes, SZ 106 is servicable from the complex in Quebec

well, thanks. you’re awfully gracious. 'twould have been interesting to see the german navy come south for that little battle. you’d have won, but i might have inflicted some serious damage. tell you what… i will keep the map handy and if the game swings my way in the next few turns, we’ll step back to this point and leave the brits where they were and see what would have happened.
