No idea. Whatever you should have is what you should have. If you collected $49, then that’s what it should be.

Ok, here are the corrected map:
IPC chart adjusted for Japan and Russia.
Russia: it says 49, but you only have 46 in Hand. You bought for 35 last turn, so you saved 14, and then collected 32 ter + 14 saved = 46 IPC.
Also, i’m putting on the map your Anzac AC in sz62.

Forget about my last post: i finally figured what happened. R2 : you spent all 49 IPC you had.
And last turn, you correctly spent the 35 IPC you had in hand.
Now you have 32 IPC in hand (you in fact swiched russia and Japan on the IPC chart).I’ll go with japan now.
