@Booper hold on.
I have to redownload triple a. For some reason i ran into trouble on my PC with it.
It mostlyhappens with PtV bc it is taking more space on Data than the usual triple games.

Retreat immediately if hit (heck, it’s the 5th territory after all) :-P -
Wow, it seems like 6 months since I had a J1 that strong. Usually the Chinese kick my butt.

Actually 8 for 8!! Of course “only” 3 were relevant…. but
OK I see you need a casualty choice so I will get that ASAP
-
I will lose the cruiser and carrier
-
That’s kinda what I figured, but always good to double check on the navy battles.
The UK bom will retreat. I assume your trn lives b/c technically I retreated. Is this correct?
I’ll have the rest of UK done tonight.
-
Oh yeah, I forgot. Landing spot for Ftr?
That battle reminded of Revised. Sending UK air to kill the baltic ships. Somewhat of a bigger pain in Revised when the pesky trans can fire back too.

Yeah. Normally I have 2 fighters on there, but with one I guess it invites disaster. But we both got our 2 hits.
Yes the transport lives because it has to get hit to sink. Auto-sinking of transports only happens if you don’t retreat and all defensive units with combat value have been destroyed.
I will land in NWE. Funny how surviving fighters off carriers have this nice advantage of moving when it’s not their turn. I mean, it’s logical, but it’s a little ironic.

You probably know this, but just in case:
If you went another round and the bomber and fighter both hit, then the transport would still survive. It still takes time and a military unit to sink a transport - they don’t sink themselves :-) -
No no no, I want it in Poland, not NWE. Just saw that juicy target in Ukraine and I only have one fighter in range without this one.
-
No Prob on Poland.

In all likely hood we both hit and your trn is still sitting there anyway.
I figured the trn survived, but wanted to make sure, since the ftr can’t stay in the sea zone, but when thinking about it (after I asked), technically the bomber has to retreat before you have to worry about landing the ftr so the tran always has the ftr cover.

Yeah, in this case one ftr is too tempting. Might have been a different case if the UK had other targets that it needed to hit, but I was pretty clear in the Atlantic. And 10 vs. 9 (3 units to 3) is pretty even and considering in most cases you’ll lose a ftr just taking out the ca alone, not much more of a risk IMO to risk another ftr for the AC.
-
Yep
Your Z6 destroyer took out a sub and the fighter on G1, leaving 5 vulnerable. If your destroyer would have survived, I’d have even more problems.
