I was!  Infantry + Artillery vs Infantry!  Shoulda been almost guarenteed,but I changed my mind later.

You’ll have to fix your cash with England…thought that NO was including the Baltic, Med and Black seas

Read it on the map itself it says excluding all SZ in the baltic, unless a special rule has been changed for this NO I’m not aware of?
