On a slightly unrelated note:
Do you think it would ever benefit Germany to grant the Baltic Fleet access to the Atlantic or the Northern Fleet to the Baltic? I’m not sure what’s the best move.

If I’m the Allies, can I land air units in a pro allied neutral on the same turn as I send ground units in to activate it (similiar to the Dutch East Indies)?
