that was a silly way for me to roll that last one – i will just use the first attack and remove the destroyer if scrambled (as you would have had an extra hit). works well for you as i hit only 1 on the first set of rolls declared and 3 on the second set.

i assume you want to lose the fighter in wgermany
note, i had a detailed and highly convoluted discussion earlier on scrambling the italian plane for defense of the italian fleet in z97. the outcome was basically i assumed no scramble but it you want scramble i already rolled for that and the outcome was you lose the fighter and i lose the cruiser
