The World War II History section of the board’s Other Forum category has been used to discuss military topics which have nothing to do with WWII (like “General Lee, 1863”), or which relate to WWII only as part of a larger topic covering several military conflicts (like “Best U.S Army”), or which don’t even deal specifically with warfare (like “Most influential person of 19th century”).
I’m not sure why these topics aren’t being posted in the “General Discussion” section, but perhaps that section is seen as a place to discuss subjects that have no connection whatsoever with A&A, including the general topic of military history (which is of course relevant to a military boardgame like A&A).
Should there perhaps be a new section added to the board to deal with this problem? A section devoted to military history in general?

Feedback on the idea so far has been positive in nature but limited in number, so it’s hard to draw any conclusions about what the board membership’s opinion is. Any thoughts from djensen or the moderators at this point?
