There are no rules for those extra units. You have to make them yourself. But then you can better go to the forum for house rules.

@cernel That’s quite a loophole you’ve discovered. It’s things like this that made LHTR necessary. You are correct about point 1. Regarding point 2, I see nothing in the rules that would disallow attacking an unoccupied enemy-controlled territory with only air units.

Yes, if America decides to try and move through SZ 60 with those ships in the combat movement phase, they will have to stop and engage the defending enemies. However, if you clear them out and then try to move your ships through on non-combat they can sail through.

I

another way of doing this is to allocated an attacker chosen hit from any artillery or fighters rolling a one, and allowing tank hits to go against enemy armor or artillery first.

This is balanced and its been tested in my own games, but its an old idea since the 80’s.

Bombers cant do this because they are carpet bombers, while the other units are designed for targeted attacks.

You can have a sub do this on ones too as well as the battleship.

At least it would be easy to remember.

NO Subs donÂ´t submerge after their combat phase, they can only submerge after the combat round (after both sides have attacked) and this only if there isnÂ´t present an enemy DD in the battle.

As JLord said and if you have to do a naval battle you canÂ´t do naval bombarding.

after you launch the program select “load new game” look for the file revised.xml, select it and click open. now try starting a game, it should give you the revised version.
