Here is what you do. upload the AA rules of whatever version. then Chat Cpb or Genmini upload the rules and it will decide with brutal logic. The Battleship is priced correctly if its 20IPC and takes 2 hits and SB at 4. the only issue might be the Carrier could have different combat values, otherwise its good. Let AI solve your issue!

Greenland and Iceland are also ‘interesting strategic locations’ but they are hardly mentioned on any posts.

What purpose would the Falkland islands serve at all? Nobody really used Malta until it got an airbase and a fighter, and that’s in a strategically important location.

The Falklands are on the tip of South America. Tell me how many times have you had a ship even off that coast? It’s just not needed. Now places like the Aleutans (can’t spell that) were included cause they were actually involved in the war and have a purpose (US NO).

No I don’t want simplicity. I mean I think that making stalingrad only one territory is criminal! I mean it’s stupid that nobody invades sicily before S. Italy. I mean thats what really happened right? A rule to where you can only invade Italy before taking Sicily would be reality. But the Falklands and Faroe did NOTHING during the war except exist there. It’s like making French Indochina two territories. Kool but not needed (oh yeah I’d love that for a Cold War variant).

The Falklands provided support to Henry Harwood’s forces at the time of the Battle of the River Plate. The cruiser Cumberland sailed from there to join Harwood, while the cruiser Exeter (which was with Harwood during the fight with the Graf Spee) sailed there for repairs after the action.

Well those islands are small. And had little to do with the war. For me I don’t really care but to each his own I suppose.

I would like to see both Gilligan’s Island and Atlantis on the map as well.
Remember that episode where they found a japanese soldier on the Island and Gilligan had to rescue them? This island had alot of old grenades and weapons left over. It might even be a new VC
