The Carrier and the Fighter (defending in the air) each have a shot against the attackers according to their respective defense value (2 and 4).
Can a transport, during combat movement, leave a hostile sea zone, load units, and unload them into a friendly territory? Or can transports retreating from hostile sea zones only load and offload if they’re going to do an amphibious assault?
