I think there is still a consensus that the allies are in favor at the moment. However I believe the current rules are so close that it is going to take a few back and forths of which power is ascendant before we settle on the true leader. That being said, I think leaving many of the rules as is would be fine. Perhaps a reworking of NO’s, but leaving them at the same value. You appear to be saying that depriving US of that initial 30ipc’s in NO’s their first round of war might do the trick as well? This is entirely possible, if going this route however I prefer the idea of making US pay to upgrade their IC’s. This equals about the same amount and doesn’t mean the US is getting a ‘free’ upgrade.
Great work again! Just one problem on MediaFire. I was able to download all files but the China and France charts. I can see them, but can’t get the site to let me download. I was able to transfer them to my account files, but still could not download. It just sends me in a loop to start the download over and over again. Anyone else have issues? Can anyone offer any other suggestions here?
What if they bypass your Armada by sailing North around Scotland and hit London from from Sz 109. What do you have in London at this point…. 2 Brits and a Frenchman.
So essentially, just two combat units  Haha, sorry, but I just couldn’t resist taking advantage of such an obvious opportunity to take a stab at the French :-D
You could also hide the fighter in Kwangtung C1, sure it’s under threat, but it’s destruction would require a J2 DoW.
What a bunch of JUNK. One of my new plans was to NOT attack china in several places, and focus on a troop build up for india, but now those pesky Chinese just STACK in Burma :S Yunann MUST be obliterated J1.
This has been noted somewhere else on this forum but I can think of countless video games i have bought, played for about a month then have 6 or seven different patches to correct the game etc. These are downloaded for free. Making changes to the dynamics and rules of a board game is no different. It is a patch for the board game. It could even be classed as an expansion for a board game which you would normally pay for if it was a video game. Let the creators do their thing. Its their project they can do what they want. There will be a final version, just be patient.
Yeah, I don’t know about Global, but I love it in Pacific. It removes the extreme Japanese advantage from a J1 attack (although I havn’t actually tried that, but seems pretty obvious).
A J3 attack should go Japan’s way if you don’t make any errors and dice are even, but only just. This setup was way more enjoyable than any original setup game I have played.
