Since Australia is a seperate nation, they collect seperately, they don’t have unique rules like India, I will assume they are treated just like China, America and Russia when it comes to liberating British soil, in so much as they can take ownership until the capitol is liberated.

Considering you convoy raided the IPC away for the territory anyway, regardless of the correct rules for this instance, no impact will be made on the game. =p
