Yes, if I were to keep my sub and you lose your destroyer, your air will be completely unable to save the transports.

You said OOL by defensive dice…… so I do keep the sub and 2 fighters vs. cruiser and 2 fighters…Sub has surprise strikes and fighters can’t hit sub…
