What I was talking about is that Russia has more muscle in this set-up then in G40. They can be more aggressive and can help defend the Chinese wall and/or the Middle east against the Japanese once India falls (things they don’t get to do much in G40).

In real life when Germany marched on Paris, Vichy france war created and the med France fleet became neutral.
In the board, France ships are all Neutrally coloured (Slightly different blue than the blue from france)
so I was wondering if they became neutral or if they are french units because then why using the neutral bleu and not the actual french bleu for these ships if they were intented to be played?I’ve been trying for the last hour to find any informations about that but seems I have to luck with it.

All French units belong to France. None are neutral.
